Youth Programme
The main aim is to create a solidarity awareness. Since 2007, and until 2013, CISS is fostering the “Youth in Action” programme.
Since CISS is a non governmental organization, it gives great importance to training and educational activities that can contribute to the creation of a new solidarity awareness and develop skills within the non formal education among young people.
For this reason, it fosters the Youth in Action Programme.
It is indeed accredited to the Agenzia Nazionale Italiana Gioventù (Youth Italian National Agency) as sender organization for Action 2 – European Voluntary Service; moreover, it is involved in projects within the Action 1.1 – Youth Exchange and the Euromed programme (both as sender and host organization).
Within this programme, CISS participated in SVE projects with about 40 volunteers; carried out about 15 exchanges abroad and 1 in Italy, and 1 visit of feasibility (of projects); moreover CISS, with the collaboration of Associazione ARCI – Solidarietà di Caserta, has realized an exchange with Euromed.
